In short
01
Sending a booking is a request. The date is held when our team confirms it.
02
The percentage shown on the reservation form is required to hold the date, and that initial payment is non-refundable.
03
Unless the room’s own page says otherwise, check-in is 2:00 PM and checkout is 12:00 PM.
04
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are filed in Batangas City.
01
These terms are a contract between you and Rancho Blanco Recreation and Resort OPC (“we”, “the estate”). Sending a booking, registering for an event, placing a shop order, applying for a job, or creating an account means you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
You may browse the site without agreeing to a booking. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not send a request or create an account.
You must be able to enter a contract under Philippine law. A parent or guardian submits a booking that includes children, and that adult is the contracting party.
Nothing in these terms removes a right the Consumer Act of the Philippines, the Data Privacy Act, or another law does not allow us to waive.
02
Rancho Blanco Recreation and Resort OPC operates one property at Sitio 3, Barangay Balete Rd, Batangas City, Batangas. Stays, venues, events, the farm, recreation, and the shop are on that estate. We are a Department of Tourism–accredited farm tourism site and a tourism-related establishment registered with the Batangas City Tourism Office.
The public contact details are info@ranchoblancoresort.com, 0917 324 4457, and the hours Daily, 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM. Those details come from the estate’s published settings and may be updated there. Messages on Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram are also received at the accounts published on the site.
We do not publish a rate on this page. The price of a request is the price shown to you on the booking, event, or shop page at the time you submit it, together with any amount we later confirm in writing, such as a delivery fee that was not yet known.
03
Pages, photos, and descriptions help you plan a visit. We may correct a page, close a date, or turn online booking off. A rate or a description on a page is an invitation to send a request. It becomes a reservation when we confirm it.
An account asks for your name, email, mobile number, and a password. You must confirm the email before the account is fully open. Keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens through your account until you tell us it is being used without your permission.
We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that is used to impersonate someone, to send false bookings or orders, or to interfere with the site. We will tell you when we do this, unless telling you would help the abuse continue.
Electronic messages, the booking status page, and the order page are records of the transaction. Republic Act No. 8792, the Electronic Commerce Act, recognizes electronic data messages and documents. Keep your booking or order reference.
04
A reservation request is pending until our team confirms it. We may decline a request when the date is not available, the party is larger than the space allows, the details are incomplete, or we cannot host it safely.
For a room, a selected arrival date with no separate departure date means one night. A night runs from check-in to the following checkout. Unless that room’s page states a different time, check-in is 2:00 PM and checkout is 12:00 PM.
Give a guest count the space can hold. Where the form asks for adults and children, both count toward capacity. The person who sends the request is responsible for the party, for the accuracy of the name, email, and mobile number, and for sharing the status link only with people who should see that booking.
The amount shown when you submit is the amount of that request, based on the rate, the dates or hours, and any add-ons you chose. An add-on marked “on request” is quoted by the team and is not part of the total until we confirm the price. If VAT or another charge applies, it is shown on the booking summary or invoice before you are asked to pay it. We do not add a fee that was neither shown nor later explained to you.
A free site visit is not a reservation
A site-visit request does not require a payment and does not hold a room or a venue for a stay or an event. It is a request to come and look.
05
To hold a reservation, an initial payment is required. The percentage, and the peso amount when we can compute it, are shown on the form before you submit. You acknowledge that term before the request is sent.
The initial payment is non-refundable
It is applied to your booking total. The remaining balance is settled by cash or online transfer, following the payment instructions our team sends. The initial payment itself is not returned if you cancel or do not take up the booking.
If you need a different date or you need to cancel the rest of a booking, contact us. We will tell you in writing what can be moved, and whether any amount beyond the initial payment is still due or can be returned. We do not promise a refund schedule beyond the non-refundable initial payment you accepted on the form.
If we cancel because we cannot host the booking, and the reason is ours rather than a failure to pay or to take up the date, we will move what you have paid to another date you accept, or return what you paid, including the initial payment.
We do not take card numbers on the website. A transfer is confirmed when we match the proof you send with the amount due. A payment screenshot must be yours and must match the booking or order.
06
Event registration is limited by the capacity published for that event. A required acknowledgement on the form is part of the registration. An invite-only event can be joined only with the invite. Where the page says walk-ins are allowed, that is the rule for that event only.
Your ticket code and QR are for the party you registered. Do not publish the ticket link. If the event asks whether you are a birthday celebrant, reception may ask to see a valid ID at the door. The website does not collect your date of birth.
If the event collects a fee, the page says so. Where the form says payment is arranged by the event team or at the venue, this website does not take that payment. A free registration is not a paid reservation of a private venue. Private venues are booked through the booking form.
07
Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in the cart at the prices shown, plus a delivery fee when one applies. We accept the order by confirming it. Where payment is required before we prepare the goods, the sale proceeds once that payment is verified.
08
Submitting an application is not a job offer and does not create an employment relationship. We may decline an application, and we do not have to give a reason beyond what labor laws require once a person is actually hired.
Some postings are for a partner employer. Those applications may be shared with that employer so they can consider you. The hiring company named on the posting is the employer for that role.
How application files are used and how long they are kept is explained in the Privacy Policy.
09
Follow staff instructions, signs posted on the estate, and the hours confirmed for your visit. Public hours are Daily, 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM, and a private booking may use the times on that booking instead.
Pools, horses and other animals, all-terrain vehicles, and similar activities have ordinary physical risks. We may refuse, pause, or limit an activity when the weather, the number of guests, the condition of an animal, or a person’s conduct makes it unsafe. Children are with an adult who is responsible for them. Do not feed an animal unless a member of staff invites you to.
We may ask a guest to leave, or refuse entry, when conduct risks another guest, the staff, an animal, or the property. Posted rules on noise, glass, and smoking apply on site even when they are not repeated on this page.
A fortuitous event under Article 1174 of the Civil Code, including weather that makes the estate unsafe, excuses a duty that becomes legally or physically impossible. If that happens to a booking you have already paid, we will offer another date or return the amount that cannot be performed, including an initial payment we are unable to honor because the cancellation is ours.
10
You may take personal photos. An organized or commercial shoot, including prenup, debut, and birthday coverage, should be arranged with us as a booking. Please do not photograph other guests in a way that intrudes on them. Stop if staff ask because a shoot is disturbing an event, another guest, or the animals.
We do not take ownership of your personal photos by these terms. Text, photos, and design on this website belong to the estate or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy them for your own commercial use.
Do not misuse the site. That includes sending a booking or an order you do not intend to honor, uploading a payment proof that is not yours, attempting to break or overload the service, or scraping it in a way that degrades it for other guests.
11
We provide the stay, venue, event, or goods described in the booking or order we confirmed. We are not liable for loss caused by a fortuitous event, by a guest’s decision to ignore a safety instruction, or by a failure of a third-party service you chose to use, such as your bank, GCash, Viber, or WhatsApp.
We do not exclude liability for fraud, bad faith, or a right that the Consumer Act does not allow a seller to waive. Where the law limits damages, that limit applies. Where the law does not, our responsibility is the direct loss caused by our failure to provide the confirmed service or goods, and not indirect or speculative loss.
12
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Act (Republic Act No. 7394), the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Tourism Act (Republic Act No. 9593) where it applies to the estate, and the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173) for personal information.
If we change these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. A booking already confirmed keeps the payment term you accepted on the form. The new terms apply to requests sent after the change.
Disputes that are not resolved by writing to us are filed in the proper courts of Batangas City, to the exclusion of other venues, without taking away your right to complain to the National Privacy Commission about personal information or to the Department of Trade and Industry about a consumer sale.
Questions about a booking, an order, or these terms can be sent to info@ranchoblancoresort.com or 0917 324 4457.
